Amber is fossilized tree resin. Examples of it have been appreciated for its color and natural beauty since Neolithic times. The classical name for amber is ēlektron. According to Greek myth, when Phaëton son of Helios (the Sun) was killed, his mourning sisters became poplar trees, and their tears became elektron. The word elektron gave rise to the word electricity because of amber's ability to bear a static charge.

Our signature style is a simple series of lines and geometric shapes that create an interwoven feeling of depth, evoking runic symbols and the spirit of patterns from ancient cultures. These markings are inscribed over smooth contours and framed by borders that are reminiscent of Celtic panels and heraldic armour.

Our silver jewellery is pre-aged to have a slightly lived in feel. It is oxidised so the pattern lines stand out. The top surface is brightly polished and softly distressed. As your item is worn it will continue to look this way with any little knocks and scrapes adding to its timeless presence.
